VSSI LD Report Subscriptions

Verizon Select Services, Inc (VSSI) is a Verizon business unit providing interlata, interstate, and international voice and data services. VSSI LD report subscriptions can be viewed and edited for individual accounts. Report settings can also be applied to selected accounts based on the customer plan type. These reports give customers insight into their spending on domestic outbound and inbound calls.

pencil.gif Note: The VSSI LD Report Subscriptions feature is not available for some former MCI and Verizon Wireless Invoices.

To request VSSI LD Report Subscriptions for an account:

  1. On the Invoices home page, in the Analysis & Reporting section, click View VSSI LD Report Subscriptions.

  2. To request a report for a single account, click Customer Level Reports.

  3. Click the VSSI LD account for which you require a report.

    4. The Edit VSSI LD Report Subscriptions page displays

  4. Select Download from the Subscription drop-down menu and click Apply.
