Below you will find some of the key enhancements that have been implemented within the Verizon Enterprise Center application for Wireline customers through March 2014. Access to some of the enhancements below are dependent on the user role and entitlements that have been granted to you by your company administrator.

Verizon Enterprise Center can be customized at customer request and may not reflect all the functionality described below.

Updated EDI Billing Implementation Guides Available US Only

In preparation for upcoming billing changes, the EDI Billing 811 Implementation Guide that explains file formatting has been updated with system enhancements that will go into effect June 2014. Customers can access the information in the Support section of the Verizon Enterprise Center.

There have been three guides posted for customers:

  • EDI Change Guide: (Contains the summary of all changes for a particular release).
  • EDI 811 Implementation Guide: (Explains Verizon’s EDI invoice process and layout).
  • EDI Appendix A: (Contains Verizon’s valid values for EDI fields used).

If you have a Verizon Enterprise Center ID with online billing entitlements go to: https://enterprisecenter.verizon.com to access the documents:

  • Click on Support and then select Online Help
  • Downloadable EDI files are posted under Quick Start Guides

Invitation Code on International Invoice Global

An invitation code will be printed on international billing invoices (EMEA –Europe, Middle East & Africa and APAC – Asia & Pacific Rim) to support 32 non-English languages. Customers will have access to their Verizon Enterprise Center account information and invoices in near real-time through an improved registration process. This enhancement will also make it easier for customers to request access to repairs online.

Contact Console Global

Entitled users will be able to update Local Contact Information (LCON) at the Service ID level from Service Management Dashboard (SMD), for non Verizon Rapid Delivery services (excluding Terremark and Managed Services). Save significant time by having the ability to view and manage contact information in a centralized online self-service location.
