Search for a Service ID

You can create a ticket even if you do not know your service ID. The Search for Service ID feature is available for most services except for Direct and Indirect Voice, Toll Free, Switched Voice Services (including POTS, ISDN, DPA, VoIP, and Managed Service DNS Entity Names, and Local Access CPE).

You can search for your service identifier using the following two options:

Search for the service ID if you know the circuit ID:

  1. On the Identify Service page, select the I’d like help finding the service identifier radio button and click Next.

  3. Select the Select your service type to enter your service identifier radio button.

  4. Select an applicable product type and sub-product type.

  5. Enter the circuit ID of the selected product in the Circuit ID text field and click Next.

  6. The search results display a list of service IDs associated with the entered Circuit ID.

Search for the Service ID if you do not know the circuit ID:

  1. On the Identify Service page, select the I’d like help finding the service identifier radio button and click Next.

  3. Select an applicable product type from the Product or Circuit Type drop-down menu.

  4. Select an applicable sub-product type from the Sub-product type drop-down menu.

  5. Select an applicable profile from the Profile drop-down menu.

  6. Select an applicable option from the Product Type, Sub-product or Circuit Type drop-down menus.

  7. Select country from the Country drop-down menu and click Next.

pencil.gif Note: The street address, city and service ID fields allow wildcard searches. For service ID wildcard search, enter the first three characters and * (asterisk). For street address wildcard searches, use * (asterisk) * before/after the search key.

The search results display a list of service IDs associated with the entered Circuit ID.
