If you have a doubt on your invoice or found a discrepancy on your bill, or you want to create a dispute, you can use Billing Inquiry on VEC billing. Billing Inquiry helps you to submit your queries as Inquiry Tickets which will be attended by the inquiry Team. You can also View and Track the progress of your Inquiry Tickets.
To access Billing Inquiries, navigate to one of the following:
Click Manage Account | View Billing Inquiries at the top of the screen.

Click Actions on the Billing home page to access Invoice Inquiries and Disputes.

Click Billing Inquiries at the top of the screen.
