Special Construction

The Special Construction service is a charge to the end-user customer to extend current telecommunications facilities to an end user site. The cost can be done as a one-time charge, NRC (non-monthly recurring charge) or over a period of time MRC (monthly recurring charge). This service is only charged when a service cannot be performed unless new or upgraded telecommunications plant is constructed. Each service is ICB and will require an ICB case approval as part of the process.
