Verizon’s Voice Over Internet Protocol Transport Service (VoIPTS) is an enterprise solution that consolidates a subscriber’s voice and data traffic over a single network.

It enables customers to manage their network more efficiently, while reducing costs and taking advantage of new, leading-edge multimedia business applications.

The VoIPTS service is typically implemented and maintained with Agency personnel overseeing the technical aspects of the VoIPTS solution. During or post implementation, the VoIPTS solution may require additional support of the IP Trunking service. Verizon’s SIP Transformation Support and VoIP Changes provides support to Agencies when:

• Agencies require assistance in the implementation of VoIPTS
• Agencies require assistance in designing or updating a VoIPTS solution
• Changes need to be made to existing site configurations
